Pluxee Luxembourg awarded the Happy Trainees label

Market leader in employee satisfaction and engagement solutions, Pluxee Luxembourg has just been awarded the Happy Trainees label. This label recognizes the quality of the welcome and support given to trainees during their internship.
In addition to this recognition, the process of obtaining the label, awarded by “Choose My Company”, enables the company to better address the expectations of its trainees and employees as part of a continuous improvement process.
To this end, trainees at Pluxee Luxembourg were asked to complete a questionnaire focusing on six main topics: career development, stimulating environment, management, motivation, pride and fun spirit.
This approach is in line with the social responsibility policy of Pluxee, a company recently awarded the ESR label by the INDR.
Welcoming and supporting trainees

- 88.4/100 is the overall satisfaction rating given by students who have had an internship or work-study experience at Pluxee Luxembourg.
- 100% of students find the work organization respectful of their personal balance
- 85.7% of students receive regular or constructive feedback from their manager or apprenticeship supervisor
- 100% feel recognized and encouraged in their efforts
Keys to improving the framework for trainees
“Over and above the label itself, this survey has also provided Pluxee with valuable information on how our trainees perceive us, as well as key points to work on in order to improve the welcome and support we offer them, continues Christophe Ratynski.
