The Pluxee card, which operates like a bank card, has already been in circulation in the country for several years. But did you know that there's also a cardless solution? Pluxee Lunch and Pluxee Gift vouchers can now be managed entirely virtually. The only medium required is the user's smartphone.

What's the virtual card?
It's easy: everything is done via your employees' smartphones. Managing their lunch and gift vouchers becomes 100% virtual.
As with the physical card, the employee has a unique account, regularly credited by the employer. By downloading the Pluxee application, they gain access to a platform entirely dedicated to the benefits you offer them. They can :
- activate their card and manage their profile ;
- consult their balance and transaction history in real time;
- geolocate merchants who accept the Pluxee card (Lunch or Gift) as a means of payment;
- pay directly with their smartphone (by adding their card to Apple Pay or Google Pay);
- check their card information (PAN, CVV...) ;
- benefit from exclusive promotions offered by Pluxee partners;
- access our FAQ and contact our consumer service.
Once their account has been credited, employees receive a notification that new vouchers are available.

Both virtual and physical cards are managed from the same online customer area. With the help of your sales contact, you can choose between a 100% virtual or hybrid contract (virtual and physical cards, depending on the consumer's preference).
Unlike physical cards, virtual cards are available within 24 hours after your order has been validated. Cards are dispatched autonomously by the person in charge of the matter within the company, making the solution easier to manage and more flexible.
