ARTICLE 1 - General information

1.1    The organizer (the “Organizer”) of the competition is PLUXEE LUXEMBOURG, a public limited company registered with the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés under number B31382, whose registered office is located at 39 rue du puits romain L-8070 Bertrange.

1.2.    The Organizer may call upon a third-party company (the “Third Party”) to organize the contest and provide the prizes.

ARTICLE 2 - Entry conditions

2.1    The competition is open only to individuals over 18 years of age who hold an active Pluxee Luxembourg card (Pluxee Lunch Card or Pluxee Gift Card) and who have validly registered and are taking part in the “Pluxee & Co” event.

2.2    The competition is limited to one entry per person and per event. Participation is strictly personal and nominative.  

2.3     Employees of Pluxee Luxembourg may not participate in the contest.  

ARTICLE 3 – Participation

3.1    To enter the competition at a “Pluxee & Co” event, the following steps must be completed:

• Provide your Pluxee card ID at the event reception desk.
• Correctly answer the questions on the form provided.  
• Agree to the contest rules.
• The tie-breaker question will decide between participants with the correct answers.

3.2    Participation is free and no purchase is necessary. The competition ends at the same time as the “Pluxee & Co” event.

ARTICLE 4 - Prizes

4.1    The number of winners, the prizes offered and how they will be awarded are presented on the page dedicated to the “Pluxee & Co” event. The verification of the answers and the designation of the winner on the basis of the subsidiary question will be carried out by a Pluxee Luxembourg employee, in complete impartiality.

ARTICLE 5 – Winners

5.1    The winner(s) will be informed and will receive their prize before the end of the “Pluxee & Co” event.  

ARTICLE 6 – Personal data

6.1    Winners have the choice of authorizing or refusing the use of their first and last names in any advertising or promotional message or event, in any medium, without this authorization giving rise to any right to consideration other than the prize offered.

6.2    In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of personal data, they have the right to access, rectify and withdraw data concerning them. All information collected as part of the competition will not be sold or transferred to a third party in any way whatsoever.

ARTICLE 7 – Responsibility of the Organizer

7.1    Should the competition be cancelled, postponed or interrupted as a result of circumstances beyond the organizer's control, for technical reasons or for any other unforeseen reason, the organizer shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever.

7.2    The organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend, shorten, cancel or interrupt the contest at any time and without notice.

ARTICLE 8 – Understanding of the conditions

8.1    Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of the present rules, available on the Pluxee website or on request.

8.2    Any participation made contrary to the stipulations of the present rules will render the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the contest by the organizer without having to justify it. Any identification or participation that is incomplete, erroneous or illegible, whether intentionally or not, or made in a form other than that provided for in these rules, will be considered null and void. Entries from the same person under different e-mail addresses will be cancelled.  

8.3    The organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with these rules.  

ARTICLE 9 – Final provisions

9.1    The competition is subject to Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the Luxembourg courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
