The Pluxee Lunch card simplifies the experience of our 80,000 consumers by enabling them to use their meal vouchers in digital format. Each month, Pluxee Lunch credits are loaded onto the card by their employers, and users can spend them on-site or online for takeaway or delivery orders.
The Pluxee Lunch card works like a VISA bank card with PIN or contactless payment, mobile payment (Apple Pay & Google Pay) and CVV code to secure online transactions.
By accepting payments via the Pluxee card, let them spend their lunch vouchers with you and increase your sales. Each of our Pluxee Lunch users can spend up to 75 euros a day on food purchases at our affiliated Lunch merchants, within their monthly budget.

How long does it take to activate my devices?
From the moment we receive your signed contracts, activation generally takes less than 24 hours.
This of course depends on the number of points of sale to be activated.
How long does it take to receive the transaction amount?
Unlike paper vouchers, Pluxee is not responsible for refunding your transactions when they take place with the card.
The refund is made by your payment service provider (SIX, Worldline, ServiPay, BSPayone, etc.) and the speed of the refund depends on the terms agreed with the latter.
What does the card look like and how does it work?

For the moment we have still some valid Sodexo cards on the market, you can continue to accept them as well:
It is a VISA DEBIT card that works like a classic VISA card: it has a chip for contactless payments and also allows secure online payment.
The card only works in Luxembourg, at affiliated points of sale.
Is my payment service provider able to accept the Pluxee card?
To date, all known acquirers in Luxembourg are able to accept our Pluxee card, with the exception of SumUP which, for its own reasons, has decided not to allow acceptance of our card.
How do I obtain a window sticker?
Should you wish to obtain a sticker for the window of your business to show that you accept Pluxee products you can:
- come in person to the Pluxee members’ desk at 39 Rue du Puits Romain, Bertrange, between the hours of 8:30am-12pm and 1:30pm-4pm
- call the affiliation department on 28 76 15 00
- send an e-mail to request a window sticker at merchants.lu@pluxeegroup.com.
